Utilising a combination of seasonal plant based products derived from my local market, focusing on healthy swaps, gluten free and nutritionally available ingredients, without limiting on taste or flavour.. trust me they’re tasty! I’ll have you in the kitchen working side by side with me to create your sweet skills set!
The basics to Whole-food cooking starts with an appreciation and understanding on whole body nourishment, I will be guiding you through essential Nourishing coaching practices, combined with a mindful eating practice to ditch the guilt and allow yourself to nourish!
