Green Smoothie Bowl

I have a low key smoothie bowl addiction. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, it provides me with the energy to do the things I need to do, plus helps keep me fit and healthy!

Smoothie bowls are great for utilising your ingredients and limiting waste, I freeze next to any fruit that I haven't used within the week, plus any greens that are boarder line to going off, Simply chop them up and put them into freezer bags and taddaaa smoothie ingredients on hand.

This is a simply nourishing bowl when you are out of greens, Spirulina is my go to, to add to my daily green in take, providing so much nutrients and an added hit if you haven't consumed many greens in your day!

Get creative with what you've got. In this bowl I've added a little maca powder, it provides a subtle caramel taste and is great for hormone stabilisation!
