Macadamia Dill Dressing

A simple and delicious creamy dressing, utilising all natural fats, with a hint of green and texture to add to any meal.


1 cup macadamias
1/4 cup fresh organic dill
1/4 filtered water
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt


Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor until you get a smooth creamy consistency

Taste and season to your liking

If too thick simply add a dash more water

Serve as a marinade or as a yummy dressing to any salad
