Rose Water White Chocolates

Add a little romance into your treats. The combination of rose water, crunchy buckwheat and the added creaminess of the tahini and cacao butter, will leave you with nothing but an over all expansive experience for the senses! 

All natural fats and sweeteners, the perfect healthy alternative! 



1/2 cup melted cacao butter

1/3 cup tahini

1/4 cup maple

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup buckinis

dried rose petals to decorate


Melt down cacao butter in a saucepan over a very low heat, continually stirring until the bottom of the pan is covered with cacao butter oil

Remove from the heat and allow the remaining cacao butter to melt within its on “juices”

Once completely melted transfer to a blender with the remaining ingredients, besides the rose petals and buckwheat grains

Blitz until well smooth, taste and sweeten to you liking!

Transfer to a silicon mould and sprinkle with buckwheat and rose petals

Place in the freezer to set for around an hour!
