Pineapple and Mint Mojito with Ginger Kombucha

The summer essential! There's nothing better than fresh pineapple on a hot day, combine this with the refreshing taste of mint and zesty taste of ginger and you've got yourself one delicious drink, to help cool you down! 

Ingredients:

1 large pineapple, skin removed, diced and frozen

or (1 bag frozen pineapple)

1 bunch of mint leaves removed from stem

1 pomegranate

1 cup ginger kombucha

(optional alcohol)

Method:

Blend all ingredients into a blender besides the pomegranate

Transfer to a cocktail glass, top with some pomegranate seeds, fresh mint and a wedge of pineapple!
