White Peach, Pink Beetroot Bellini
The summer essential cocktail or mock-tail, which ever way you decide to enjoy it!
Peaches around this time of year are absolutely delicious, topped with the sweet flavour of beetroot, topped with the natural bubbles of kombucha, this is the best way to treat yourself this summer, in the healthiest of ways!
4 white peaches, sliced and frozen
1 bottle cold press beetroot juice
or 1 beetroot grated (squeeze juice)
Berry Kombucha or soda water
Optional One bottle of prosecco
In a food processor blend peaches with a little water to make the “peach juice”
In your serving glass, layer the peach juice in the bottom, top with the coldpress juice then top with either kombucha or organic prosecco
Top with a basil leaf and christmas cherry!
